REApp Client Referral Program · broker-to-broker

Referred clients for realtors — pay only at closing

RealEstateApp runs the live MLS portal and county home-search sites for North Alabama. The buyers and sellers those pages produce need local agents — and the Client Referral Program hands them to enrolled members. No per-lead price, no subscription required: a flat $500 broker-to-broker referral fee, due only at closing.

Where the clients come from

Buyer inquiries and tour requests on live listings, seller leads from the home-value and sell surfaces — including sellers surfaced inside buyer inquiries (“I also have a home to sell”). Real people mid-transaction on a network that shows the whole market, referred out when they need representation.

How it works

1Enroll freeCreate your free realtor profile, then enroll in the program with one electronic signature. The agreement (flat $500 at closing, broker of record: Realty and Auction LLC) stays in your document library.
2First to accept winsWhen a client in one of your counties is referred out, enrolled agents get an email. Accept first and the client is yours — contact details on screen and in your inbox.
3Pay only on a closingWork the client your way. If — and only if — a transaction closes, the flat $500 referral fee is owed broker-to-broker. No close, no fee, ever a percentage.

Questions agents ask

What does a referred client cost?

Nothing up front — ever. The REApp Client Referral Program charges a flat $500 broker-to-broker referral fee, due only when a referred client's transaction actually closes. No monthly fee, no per-lead charge, no percentage of commission.

Where do the clients come from?

From RealEstateApp's own consumer surfaces — the live MLS portal and county home-search sites across North Alabama. Buyer inquiries, tour requests, and seller leads (including sellers surfaced inside buyer inquiries) that need a local agent are referred out to enrolled program members.

How does 'first to accept' work?

When a client in one of your counties is referred out, enrolled agents get an email. The first to accept gets the client — details on screen and by email. Speed wins.

Is there an agreement?

Yes — one enrollment agreement, signed electronically when you enroll from your Realtor Profile page. It records the flat $500 fee, names the broker of record (Realty and Auction LLC), and stays in your document library. Enrolling and un-enrolling are both one click.

What else does the free account include?

Your public profile page with a searchable mini-IDX of your own listings, the realtor directory listing, reviews, the Facebook listing-post builder, and shareable links that route leads on your own listings to you. The referral program is one part of the free account, not a separate product.

The rest of the free account: profile, mini-IDX, Facebook post builder, your leads on your listings. Other professions: free-lead programs for every real-estate vertical.
